Come one and all and partake in our champions event! Our prestigious
shire once again will choose its new champions in Heavy combat, Rapier
combat, Archery, and Arts and Sciences.
The Youth Championship will be held by Knar and Oxara Grimskalla. It
will consist in three areas and will be held throughout the day.
A letter of intent will be required for each tournament.
My parents are back to prepare another delicios feast bitter end style!
A special silent auction will be on all day
The site is discretely wet. All drinks must be in a period vessel.
All animals must be leashed and picked up after.
Itinerary is subject to Their Highnesses' whim.
Friday- Site opens at 6pm
Friday night- 9pm Bardic prize competition
Saturday- Archery 9am
Rapier- 11am (will be held outside, weather permitting)
Heavy- 12:30pm (will be held outside, weather permitting)
A&S- judging 4pm
Feast- 6:30pm
Court to begin subject to Their Highnesses' whim
Sunday- site closes 1pm
Costs:
Site & Feast- $22.00 (18yrs +) Site only- $8, children under 12 are
free
Site & Feast $14.00 (12-18 yrs.)

Directions to Shady Nook Community Hall: there is no street address
Make your best route to Red Deer and the intersection of Hwy. 2 and 11.
From Hwy 2 travel west on Hwy. 11 to secondary Hwy. 596 (Burnt Lake Trail)
and turn left (south), there is a Fas Gas on the North corner. Travel
along Sec. Hwy. 596 (this raod curves from the south to the west) to Range
Raod 283 and turn left (south) onto gravel. Follow Range Raod 283 to
Township Road 380 and turn right (west), there is a feedlot on your
right-hand side. Hall is the 4th drive on the right. Signs will
be posted.
