- Reports - Due to the Principality Chronicler on the 1st of the following months as outlined in Avacal Law:
- February, May, August, November
- Reporting - Please use the following for reporting
- Save the text file on your computer fill out and email to Chronicler
- Text based report form - Save to desktop
- Text based year end Summary appendix - Save to desktop
- Complementary copies - In accordance with Kingdom Law, complimentary copies must be sent to the following people:
- King, Queen, Crown Prince, Crown Princess, Kingdom Seneschal and Kingdom Chronicler. Please also send copies to the Prince and Princess, Avacal Seneschal and Chronicler (Avacal's Seneschal and Chronicler currently accept copies via email)
- Publication release forms
- Creative Release - For authors and artists.
- Model Release - Release for a recognizable face in a photo.
- Photographer Release - Permission from the owner of a photo.
Baronial and Principality Chroniclers are also required to send printed copies to the Society Archivist at the address below:
