 War has come again to Avacal. Are you ready?

 The Barony of Myrgan Wood would like to invite one and all to join the populace of Avacal for Quad War. Castle scenarios, field battles and tournaments for both heavy and rapier will run through the weekend. If you are not interested in fighting, target archery, children’s activities, equestrian, Arts & Sciences competitions, bardic, THUA courses and more will be available to keep you busy. If you want to relax, just come, shop Merchants Row and keep company with old and new friends.

Whatever your interests, Quad War is the place to play.

Driving Directions:
From the North, South West and Southwest - make your best route to Wainwright, AB. Go East on Hwy 14 (become Hwy 40 at the Saskatchewan border). Drive 8 Km past and turn North (left) on Artland Road.  The site is 4.5 km to the West (left).

From the East and Southeast - make your best route to Saskatoon SK. Take Hwy 16 to North Battleford. As you cross the bridge, stay to the left on Hwy 40.  It will turn west(right) midway through town.   5 km west of (past) Marsden, turn North (right) on Artland Road.  The site is 4.5 km to the west.

Please bring your own drinking water - the local water is not potable.
