Merchants

Pre-registration for Merchants is now available!

There is no Merchant Fee, but all Merchants must still pay the full site fee.

I will send a confirmation to each merchant once the application has been processed. If you do not get a confirmation within two weeks of sending your application please contact the Merchantocrats to make sure your application has been received.

All merchants who arrive on site between Wednesday 12 p.m. and Thursday 12 p.m. can pay their troll fees and sign in at Daegan O'Malley's bakery on Merchant Row. After 12 p.m. Thursday, you can sign in and pay at the regular troll spot at the entrance to the site. ALL FEES must be paid BEFORE unloading/setting up shop.

Merchanting Guidelines

Site opens to Merchants noon Wednesday. If you are going to be there sooner, please make arrangements with the Merchantocrat's at Quadwar@live.ca at least two weeks earlier.

In order to enhance the look and feel of our medieval site, we humbly request that all merchants keep their campsite hidden from view unless it embraces the medieval atmosphere.

The SCA 10 foot rule applies to all merchandize. Please keep anything glaringly mundane (such as jigsaw puzzles, kids toys, or anything made from plastic) under wraps or discreetly displayed in the back of your store area.

Keep your area clean. No cigarette butts are to be thrown on the ground. All garbage must be removed when you break camp.

Vehicles are to be removed ASAP after unloading.
